Wow 20 days on the Whole30 and only 10 more to go. I added a few more challenges to my Whole30…
1) No unnecessary spending – clothes, treats, pedicures, outdoor gear. Just the basics.
2) 21 days of meditation
3) Master Urdhva Dhanurasana (Backbend) on the paddle board.
So far so good. I’ve had $20 cash in my purse for weeks now. That. Never. happens.
I’m half way through the 21 day meditation challenge 🙂
Almost there on the backbend. I’m just back to doing backbends in my yoga practice (after a year off any shoulder poses post shoulder surgery) so the SUP backbend means a lot to me.
My Goal – on the board though…
Day 20 on the Whole30. I have had some ups and downs so far. I felt really good around day 10 but somewhere around midway I had a little more digestive upset. I added a lot more Sweet potatoes and less protein to my meals and it seems to be helping. I made some really good salsa from scratch too.
So We are on the home stretch! Ten More days left with an overnight backpacking trip planned during our last week!
