Trying to live life with sandy toes and laughter


Starting to really like my Stand up Paddle Board adventures. Just not sure I’m getting a work out when I go? Time to add a few more yoga moves to my outings. So far I’m pretty good at downward facing dog and awesome at savasana/tanning on the paddle board.
