Started the Whole30 today. Writing this blog post is STEP 3:Commit
So I’m hoping following this program for the next 30 days will help with my crazy ass migraines and recent vertigo adventures. I’m already 1/2 there with the food – I’ve been dairy wheat and alcohol free for the last month with no real effect on mentioned vertigo fun so time to step it up. It’s the treats and rewards that I can’t have that will be the real challenge for me (fries, cookies, chips, chai lattes). So here’s my morning coconut chai – Whole30 compliant and so good.
Might need to update on my Day 4-5 progress. It has been dubbed by past Whole30’ers as the day you want to kill all things. Happy thoughts.
