Well it has been a bit since I’ve posted. Been busy with the new job, prepping for the Victoria show and memorizing the new Centergy (yoga) launch. My brain hurt. But here are a few lame observations I’ve made recently but haven’t had time to post:
Skytrain
THERE ARE WAY TOO MANY PEOPLE THAT RIDE THE TRAIN IN THE am!!! And strange one’s too. There’s Stance Woman – she stands with her feet about 5′ apart cause you know… the train is moving. An then there’s wrap guy who wraps his arm and entire body around the only available hand rail so nobody else can hold on… the train jolts and everyone goes flying (except wrap guy and of course Stance Woman). there’s BIG Pony Girl who crams onto the train at the last minute right in front of you and continues to move her head around so you keep getting a face full of her big “final net” pony tail. Can’t forget knuckle guy. You know the one who accidentally grazes your a$$ with his knuckles. He got a serious elbow in the rib from me. I don’t care if it was a mistake – it’s up to you to know where your knuckles are… you’ll be held accountable. Also, sorry to the girl whose toe I broke. Moving on : )
The show this past weekend in Victoria was sooo much fun. It was weird not doing the capoiera and only dance (definitely made me miss it) but it was also less stressful and made it easier to enjoy the performing part. One of the funniest moments was when Tanya and I were practicing our choreography in the car while we were on the ferry. The terminal guy thought we were insane with our flailing arms. We had to close our eye’s… we were laughing so hard. And you know that person you see running around the deck lost… as the ferry is docking… can’t find the car… in a crazy panic : ) Gotta love ya Sheila.
New job – still lovin it. Got to fly on the Helijet to the Island : )
