Mother Nature is going through some serious mood swings.

Ok… so what’s up with the weather Mum N? First we get so much rain that our water is contaminated for a week (thank you for that lovely reminder of my trip to Costa Rica – never order a salad from a place where there doesn’t seem to be a real kitchen or sink). Then, in between some really beautiful sunny days, we get snow in November. Snow that actually sticks for a few days. Well, I am grateful for the two snow days off work. And then last night… wind at 100km an hour? Thankfully I chose the “made of brick” option rather than the economical and fast house made of straw.
