Leather rules…

Not sure of the official rules here but here’s the combo and you can be the judge for yourself: Leather hat/dew rag with leather jacket, leather pants and leather boots – acceptable if you are a rock star, hairdresser (I’m told), and of course riding a motorcycle… But for riding the bus? I dunno?
